Finding a Boarding

At FurSure, our mission is to connect pet parents with pet services around city. Through FurSure platform pet parents can evaluate different services based on other parent’s reviews, experience and thus find what’s best for their furry kid. FurSure offers the following services – find & book Boarding, Daycare and pet Insurance.

FurSure finder connects pet parents with affordable local pet boardings. Each pet boarding will caters exactly to your pet’s needs so you can be sure that your pet is getting all the love and attention they need while you are away.

  1. Choose the service you require, then enter your location and choose your dates. Check out the boarding rating, reviews, location, rates, and evaluate boarding of your choice.
  2. After evaluation click the book button. Provide the details, include any specific information about your pets likes or dislikes, food habits, special requirements etc.
  3. Make the booking by clicking on the “Book now” button. This marks your reservation.
  4. FurSure team will respond to your reservation request within 24 hours with your confirmation/cancellation of your booking after checking with the selected boarding.
  5. Once your booking is confirmed you are ready to go! You will receive a confirmation mail & SMS, also it will start reflecting in your upcoming stays in Booking status.
  6. You can make payment directly at the property.

This might have various reasons:

  • If you were not able to find a particular boarding in the search, this might be because the boarding not be available during the selected dates.
  • If you landing to 404 error page, thus we are presently not available in that Zipcode.

Please contact us  and we will find out the reason for you or suggest other great boarding.

Payment

You have to make the payment directly at the property.

No there is no cost associated using FurSure platform.

Before & During Booking period

If you’re boarding your pet at a boarding, please ask the pet caregiver at boarding what his or her requirements are in terms of vaccinations. Your pet obviously needs to have all vaccinations that are legally required, and you should share the vaccination booklet photo over for the duration of the booking.

If the boarding has pets of their own who will come into contact with your pet, make sure to ask the owner which vaccinations their pets do or don’t have.

Generally with all the bookings food is included depending upon the number of meals the pet need per day. Some boarding customize the food as per pet’s needs, thus please check with the food options available with the boarding selected.

Enquiries & Bookings

Find the perfect boarding for your pet depending upon the selected dates, reviews, ratings etc. Once finalized click  on the “book now” button on individual  boarding page. Once you have clicked on it, please fill in your & pet details, confirm by clicking “Submit” button. Tada your booking is almost done, now sit back and relax, as you will receive a confirmation mail in next 24 hours.

Once you make a booking with FurSure platform, you will receive a confirmation mail in next 24 hours sharing booking ID, details of the kennel.

Once a booking has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to edit that booking to add days or to change date. You will have to make a separate new booking to cover the changes.

By clicking the button “Booking Status” one can check all upcoming stays, pending request [ booking yet to be confirmed], past stays. Please enter your mobile number used for making booking or reference ID to see the booking status.

Pending Request

This is an enquiry [no strings attached] raised by selecting the boarding as per their availability but yet waiting to get confirmation from the boarding owner.

Declined –

The boarding has declined this booking or enquiry.

Upcoming Stays-

These are confirmed booking, that the boarding has confirmed & is in near future.

Past Stays –

These were past confirmed bookings.

Is there any cost associated with using FurSure ?

It is 100% free to book a boarding on Fursure. As far as boarding charges are concerned, each boarding determines their own rate as per their services.

How to do the payment ?

Pay directly at the property booked. Both boarding booked and you will receive communication from FurSure regarding the booking details and payment amount. Make payment [cash or card] directly at the property, as per convenience of the boarding owner.
